Aged 17, Nathaniel is a Wheelchair Basketball player, who plays for - and captains - Manchester Maverick. He has just been selected in the under 23's section of the Paralympic Games GB squad and is really hoping to be competing at the London Paralympics in 2012.
Nathaniel’s father, Richard, works for BT Operate service planning in Morecambe. Nathaniel said: “I’m so excited to be selected for the junior Paralympic Games squad. To be playing for your country - especially at this level - is just amazing. I’m also looking forward to helping encourage BT people and customers across the UK to get involved in 2012. I hope my sporting experiences will rub off on a few people and make them think that dreams really can come true.”
