At Openreach we look after the ‘first mile’ of network, from the exchange through to homes and businesses. We provide the access network services and products which enable the entire communications industry to serve the 60 million people living and working in the UK. That’s everything from analogue telephone lines and calls packages to high-speed broadband connections and complex networked IT solutions.

By bringing together the field services, access planning operations and support groups into one unit, we have become one team with one purpose - to deliver the best possible service to our customers – who in our case are not the end users but the companies that supply them. Together we can improve our quality of service, drive greater operational efficiencies and truly make strides towards leading the market in customer satisfaction.
