Business Units

BT Global Services is organised in 2 distinct groups – The Market Units and Specialist Units. Market Units own their P&L and decision-making, with local sales and delivery teams that make the best choices to serve their customers – matched to the specific and diverse needs of each market. We are decentralising our decision making to local market owners where it is closer to our customers.

Our Specialist Units will become a streamlined group of professional teams, dedicated to supporting the market units. They will take on the tasks that either the markets cannot do alone, or that will add value through additional resource and expertise. We are re-shaping to gain more clarity and collaboration in critical areas.
