We are looking for proven high flyers that will have an immediate impact on the business, and that we can help develop to be the leaders of tomorrow.

• People with an aptitude for learning, who can pick up theories, concepts and complex problems quickly and make a difference;
• Those willing to take on significant responsibility that goes hand in hand with the challenges above; and
• Those with the drive to succeed, and the pro-activity to make the most of the opportunities whilst rotating across a range of functions within BT.
