During the two year graduate programme (or 3 years if you join our finance programme), you’ll also be given the structured development to help you become a future leader. It’s a steep learning curve, but you’ll have all the personal support you need to succeed. Our core and streamed training will form the backbone of the scheme, but you’ll get the chance to lead your development, and shape your own programme as it goes along.
Some graduates will undertake a 3 - 6 month project in a Customer Service Environment, working at the sharp end to improve the customer experience and helping us to become number one for customer service.
