This means that BT guarantees to interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for an advertised job vacancy and consider them on their abilities. If, owing to a disability, a person has been unable to reach minimum criteria, but can provide alternative evidence of their level of competence, that person should be interviewed. In addition, disabled applicants will be given preference, when short listing for interview, if they are one of several equally suitable candidates. If you wish to be considered for this job under the “Two Ticks” scheme you must indicate your disability by selecting the 'Self Identification (UK)' option from the main menu.
