What we look for

At this level, we are just as interested in your personality and your attitude as we are in any specific experience. You will be working alongside a team of talented and ambitious MBAs, and we would expect you to be no different. What we can tell you for sure is that we look for people with:

• A recent MBA from a leading business school;
• Strong leadership skills and business acumen;
• Proven functional experience in Consulting, Product Management, Marketing, Business development, Project management or Management, to name but a few;
• A passion for technology, telecommunications or IT; and
• The drive and skills to be an agent of change.
