Our culture

Although the MBA team are supportive of one another and value the ability to share with each other the knowledge and experience they have gained through their projects, there is a sense of healthy competition amongst them. This keeps everyone on their toes.

The team initiate their own activities and social events to help foster the sense of MBA community. Such events, where current members of the programme and the alumni often come together, include:

• Summer team building event (including summer interns)
• Representing BT at your business school for recruiting events;
• Women in Business Network meetings;
• Weekly ‘cake’ sessions (where team members bring a cake and discuss issues, concerns or just share information with peers in an informal session); and
• Friday night catch up at the pub (of which there are many to choose from in London!).
