What we look for

What we look for

At this level, we are just as interested in your personality and your attitude as we are in any specific experience. What we can tell you for sure is that we look for people with

  • An MBA from a respected business school 

  • Significant proven management experience with:

    • Evidence of promotion/upward movement or of a growing team (in business or start-up environment)

    • Evidence of significant responsibility in previous roles - e.g. budgetary, project responsibility, team management etc.

You'll also need to be a good fit with the set of values that underpin our business.

They are:

  • listening and responding - proving yourself not just as a leader but as an effective team member

  • keeping things simple and clear - effective communication is about getting your message across, not sounding impressive

  • showing passion and conviction - coming to work to make a difference, not just a living and putting customers at the heart of everything you do
