For the eighth year running, we’ve been rated as the top telecommunications company in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index - which ranks companies for their success in social, ethical and environmental management.

CommunityMarkWe hold the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in recognition of our contribution to sustainable development and we were one of the first companies to receive the prestigious CommunityMark - a new national standard that recognises companies that are trying to make a difference in the community.

We aim to be at the heart of the communications and information rich society - in which everyone, irrespective of nationality, culture, ethnicity, class, creed or education, has access to the benefits of improved communications.
