So we created our first Flex Centre in 2012 with multi-skilled advisors who have the capacity to deliver across Sales, Service and Technical support.
About the team
BT Flex serves all aspects of BT and, as such, we have the chance to work for lots of different customers with lots of different needs. Switching flexibly between outbound and inbound roles, our advisors handle thousands of calls every day. Depending on their role, and where the demand lies, they could find themselves calling our customers to recommend a great new product or service one minute, and then resolving technical issues or answering account queries the next.
About the roles
We’re now looking for more dynamic and agile people to join us in Riverside Tower, Belfast. There are two roles available – one that will see you flex between sales and service responsibilities, and another that will see you focus purely on service. Wherever you join us however, there’s one thing you can count on – that no two days will ever be the same.
As a Sales and Service expert, you’ll be happy to move between a variety of inbound and outbound calls – dealing with customer queries whilst also maximising opportunities and generating revenue. Dedicated and customer-focused, with a target-driven, can-do attitude, it goes without saying that you’ll need to be able to adapt to different situations and types of work quickly. We’re committed to selling through service so you’ll have the kind of bright, engaging personality that will make our customers’ day.
Likewise, our Service Advisors are a lifeline to our customers – switching seamlessly between tech support and account queries, all whilst delivering inspiring service. The role is varied – providing a fantastic opportunity to learn. So, if you’re ambitious and proactive, this is the job for you. We’ll give you all the training you need to become a service expert, supporting you as you move into more technical advisory and sales work as your career progresses.
For both roles, you’ll need to love talking to people and finding the right solution for them. No matter the problem, you’ll react calmly and inspire confidence in those you speak to.
