Here are some of the core roles, along with our expectations so you know what we’re looking for: 


Account managers

Account managers

You’ll manage the relationship with a defined list of current customers, looking to grow our share of their addressable wallet. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities across our full portfolio of products and services, as well as defending current contracts. You’ll either be based at a desk or in the field.

 


 


Acquisition

Acquisition

You’ll be responsible for winning ‘new logo’ customers. These are accounts where we have less than a 5% share of addressable wallet. Identifying and closing opportunities across our whole portfolio of products and services. Some roles will focus on supporting Account managers when larger opportunities are identified. You’ll often be leading the sales effort in that account while the opportunity is still live. You may be either in the field or desk-based.

 


 

Specialists 

Specialists

You’ll be providing either product-specific technical input into our sales process or creating compelling solutions with your technical expertise. Working alongside Account managers or Acquisition roles to develop and close new opportunities with new or existing customers. Typically, you’ll be focussed on one product, service or type of product/service.


 

Telesales 

Telesales

Working in a contact centre role, you’ll be responsible for sales or retention of defined product sets with Small and Medium Enterprise customers. You’ll be either working on outbound or inbound sales.
