Dr Olivier Moreigne Chief Operating Officer, BT Health
Olivier is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and assurance across BT Health.
With more than 25 years experience, Olivier has extensive experience in managing complex large-scale IT programmes in several sectors (e.g. defence, government, health).
Educated at Ecole Centrale, specialising in engineering and gaining a PhD at Lille University, Olivier is an associate fellow for Major Programme Management at the SAID Business School, University of Oxford as practitioner for System Engineering. He spends much of his free time travelling between London and Paris where his family lives and an 11th century property in the French countryside.
