Mike Mockford Mike Mockford was appointed programme director, Spine, at BT Health in August 2009. As programme director, Mike is responsible for the delivery and service levels of the Spine - one of the world’s largest transactional databases and is at the heart of the NHS’ electronic Care Records Service - and protecting the confidentiality of England’s 50 million-plus patients.
With a Bsc in Electrical Engineering from Queen Mary College, London, Mike is a highly experienced programme director who has delivered large systems and major business transformation programmes in the government, defence and commercial sectors.
