As Director of Programmes, Rob Story is responsible for the delivery of some of BT Global Services’ most valuable and complex contracts – including those with the NHS.

Rob has an extensive and accomplished track record as a programme director, delivering major business and IT programmes for central government departments and blue chip organisations. During his career he has specialised in the implementation of complex change programmes, business strategy and analysis. He has developed a deep understanding of the complex inter-relationships between business and technology based on practical experience.

Rob first joined BT Health as Spine Programme Director – and is still closely involved in the project.

“It’s fair to say delivering the Spine was one of the biggest challenges of my career so far and I’m really delighted with the progress we’ve made. The Spine programme team has helped to stabilise the delivery of the whole programme, gain customer confidence and move the programme towards success.

“We are now looking to apply those successes to a wide range of major programmes across a number of diverse sectors.”
