Industry analysts Ovum have produced a new report looking at BT’s expertise in networked IT services. Entitled ‘BT and ICT: two case studies’, the report looks at BT’s NHS contracts, charting the progress of N3, the Spine and London LSP, before making several positive observations relating to the management and strategic success of the programmes.
