BT, as N3 Service Provider, has won the IT Innovation category at the Health Business Awards for its N3 Managed Video Conferencing Service.
The award recognises the most innovative introduction of new technology for storing, retrieving and distributing data throughout the NHS. The N3 Managed Video Conferencing service uses N3 as a platform to deliver an integrated video conferencing service across the entire NHS, improving access to video conferencing for everyone in the NHS.
Barts and The London NHS Trust were commended at the same awards for their BT-supplied Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) in the Hospital IT category.
The 5th annual Health Business Awards recognise excellence and best practice within the NHS and the winners were announced at the Emirates Stadium, London on 8 December.
