The pathology solution for London is based on WinPath, a leading UK Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) from CliniSys Solutions Ltd as a standalone trust hosted and managed solution.
Theatres Standalone Service
Our theatre standalone service is based on a product supplied by PICIS called Theatre Manager (TM). It supports patient scheduling and recording of clinical procedures for theatres. It enables trusts to increase productivity and efficiency in the theatre suite by managing the time and location of operations. There is an audit trail of intra-operative procedures that are performed while the patient is undergoing surgery.
Pharmacy Stock Control
The Pharmacy Stock Control standalone system is built on a system supplied by JAC Computer Services Ltd. A comprehensive medicines management system, it supports all aspects of dispensing and pharmacy manufacture in hospitals, including financial accountability, management reporting and patient dispensing histories.
The LSP is also offering the Cerner Additional products – PharmNet, PathNet and RadNet which are all BT hosted fully managed services including full disaster recovery across two replicated hosting centres.
