Community Health
The community health solution is based on RiO - a system supplied by CSE Healthcare Systems. The system has a broad range of clinical and administrative functions to enable NHS community health workers to plan their work as a team. They can access case records, allocate, share and reassign caseloads and record treatments. Overall, the solution delivers greater client safety, improved security and more effective management for large caseloads.
The electronic Single Assessment Process (eSAP)
This application has been developed to support the Single Assessment Process which helps health and social care professionals to share information more easily leading to more coordinated, person-centred care.
It is designed to provide a single point of reference for multi-disciplinary teams from local social services, acute, community health and mental health trusts using a single, web-based system. This means health and social services organisations don't need to keep asking clients the same questions.
Mental Health Trusts
A new solution from UK based supplier CSE Healthcare Systems has already been deployed in half of London's mental health trusts. RiO offers a broad range of clinical and administrative functionality. Section details can be recorded in line with Mental Health Act (MHA) legislation, as well as appeals, renewals, changes in legal status and tribunals and their outcomes. RiO helps to improve quality of care and enables multi-disciplinary health professionals to share assessments and integrate care plans - assisting real-time decision-making. BT has deployed systems to 70% of mental health trusts in London.
