Mary’s Story is a vision of a potential NHS of the future, supported by new computer systems being delivered as part of the NHS National Programme for IT. We follow the journey of Mary Roberts – a bowel cancer patient – as she travels through the health system, beginning with her diagnosis and ending with her successful treatment.
