BT's Health Service organisation is responsible for delivering seamless end-to-end service across all of BT's NPfIT contracts. It is protecting the investment the NHS is making in systems and services by ensuring these are available to health care professionals that rely on them to deliver patient care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year.
BT Health Service brings together all BT's service operations from the London LSP, N3, Spine and the National Service Operations Centre (NSOC) into a single team that delivers service across all of its NPfIT contracts.
Set up in 2005, the objective was to introduce a single service management organisation which would work more effectively and efficiently using common processes and tools and share resource teams.
BT Health Service has a strong track record in providing the NHS with a dependable, consistent and positive service experience. It operates to world-class standards and uses industry leading tools and processes to enable it to take a pre-emptive, flexible and efficient approach to delivering outstanding levels of service to health professionals and their patients.
The BT Health Service team is led by Mike Young.
