DiabetesE

In partnership with Innove, BT is delivering the DiabetesE solution, a web-based tool that enables specialist diabetes services and primary care practices to assess how well they are managing and delivering diabetes care.

Since it was introduced, DiabetesE has greatly improved its users' service performance and shown very high levels of user satisfaction and adoption.

DiabetesE supports the implementation of the Diabetes National Service Framework (NSF), a set of standards designed to help improve the care of people with diabetes in England. The NHS has endorsed the extension of services like DiabetesE that can provide a fast, objective, systematic and low cost way to improve the management of chronic diseases.
