An important part of this is making our information easier to use and understand. Our BSL on the Internet project is just one way that we are making information more accessible. In 2006, we were the first FTSE100 Company to provide BSL information on our website.
About 250,000 people regularly use BSL – not just deaf people but their family and friends, professionals working with the deaf community and those learning the language. |
