Coaching for Life

The Coaching for Life programme encourages parents and carers to help children try different sports, and at the same time introducing them to key coaching principles they can adopt to help children get better at anything. The sports activities in this module are flexible; they can be adapted for use with young people and for those with disabilities.

Coaching for Life is aimed at 6 to 11 year olds, and it includes 12 flexible games. There are downloadable instructions and a video to help you play each game and a Resource Pack instructing 'coaches' on tips and coaching principles.
