The Annual Report and Form 20-F contains the detailed operating and financial review for the year, reports of the directors, audit committee and nominating committee, the report on directors' remuneration and the audited consolidated financial statements of the BT Group. It is designed to meet the needs of investors and analysts.
The Annual Review summarises the main activities of the company over the financial year ended 31 March 2007. It includes a statement by the Chairman and the summary financial statement. It is designed to meet the needs of private shareholders.

Equiniti is the new name for our registrars, formerly Lloyds TSB Registrars. As of 1 October 2007, following the approval of the Financial Services Authority, Advent International have purchased Lloyds TSB Registrars; and with the purchase our registrars have changed their name to Equiniti Limited.
