Lloyds TSB Registrars is to be purchased by Advent International and will be changing its name to Equiniti Limited. Subject to final Financial Services Authority approval, this is scheduled to take place this autumn. After that you will begin to receive information about your BT shares from Equiniti. As the same people will be continuing to manage our register, the phone and address details will remain unchanged.
