Naked Wines – terms and conditions

1. Open to UK resident BT Group plc shareholders aged 18 or over.

2. Every new e-shareholder registration received (e-shareholders are BT Group plc shareholders who have both their dividends paid directly to their nominated bank account and have signed up for
e-communication) will receive a free £40 wine voucher to spend at Naked Wines, valid against any case of wine (6, 12 or 15 bottles) priced £59.99 or more.

3. The voucher will be valid until 30 June 2012.

4. Vouchers will be dispatched to shareholders via email the month following sign-up.
