BT Paralympic World Cup terms & conditions
The prize draw is open to any UK resident BT Group plc shareholder aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
The prize draw will run from 00.01 on the 6 February 2012 until 23.59 on the 31 March 2012. On 8 April 2012 (the ‘Draw Date’), 100 winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries.
3. Ticket Conditions
All tickets provided will be subject to the ticket conditions of the BT Paralympic World Cup. There may also be additional conditions imposed by the organisers of the BT Paralympic World Cup (for example security regulations) by which the winner may be required to abide. Failure to abide by any of these conditions may result in the winner being refused entry to the BT Paralympic World Cup for which the Promoter shall have no liability.
4. The Prizes
The prize is one of 100 pairs of tickets covering the Athletics on 22 May and 7-a-side football on 23 – 26 May 2012. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are non-transferable. The winner will be contacted to claim their prize within 28 days following the Draw Date. Winners will receive their prize within 14 days of providing an email or other delivery address (as appropriate) for delivery of their prize.
5. Choosing the winners
The prize winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on the Draw Date. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant.
6. Acceptance of rules
By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood, and accepted these rules and be bound by them. All decisions of THE PROMOTER will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken by THE PROMOTER for any answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date, or sent in by agencies or third parties.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the prize draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering the prize draw or by an entrant's acceptance or use of the prize, or any damage to any entrant's or other person's computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
