Your dividends can be paid directly into a UK bank or building society account, by:
completing a simple form securely online
calling the BT Shareholder Helpline on Freefone 0808 100 4141, (for UK individual shareholders with up to 1,500 shares), or
completing a dividend payment form (this method is needed if the shares are held in joint names, or in the name of a company) and sending it to Equiniti*.
Direct bank or building society payments mean your dividends are paid using BACS - an automated payment system. Your dividend will be paid into your bank or building society account, on BT's dividend payment date, without any delay.
Any information you provide will not be shared with any third parties. Your information is held, as part of your shareholder account details, by Equiniti*.

an Access Number and Password - which you will have if you have registered for the BT e-communication service - ShareholderPlus, or the Equiniti* Shareview service
