1. There is no cash alternative to the £2,000 (two thousand pounds) to spend as you wish on holidays of your choice. Only holidays booked with Apollo Travel Direct qualify. The £2,000 may be spent in any amount(s) without restriction. The £2,000 may be applied in conjunction with any discounts or promotions offered by Apollo Travel Direct.
2. The prize is not transferable.
3. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged over 18, other than employees of Apollo Travel Direct and Equiniti Limited, who have signed up by 30 April 2008, to receive BT electronic shareholder communications.
4. The prize winner will also receive £2,000 (two thousand pounds) spending money by way of a BT cheque made payable to the winning shareholder, compliments of Equiniti Limited (BT’s Registrars).
5. Entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of these rules as being final and binding. The draw will be made as soon as practical after the closing date of 30 April 2008.
6. The prize winner will be the first e-shareholder's name drawn at random by an independent person following the closing date of 30 April 2008.
7. The prize winner will be notified within a month after the prize draw being made and will be contacted initially by e-mail; subsequently by telephone and/or by letter. The Promoters reserve the right to re-draw the prizes if the prize-winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time or does not wish to accept the prize (to be established at the Promoters’ sole discretion). The name of the prize winner will be published in Your Share News on the BT Investor Centre.
8. The joint Promoters are Apollo Travel Direct and BT Group plc. Their joint decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to alter, amend, or foreclose this free prize draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
9. For the purposes of training and customer services calls may be monitored and recorded.
