The BT Better Business Dilemmas Game was developed to try to bring Corporate Social Responsibility to life. It does this by challenging players to respond to everyday ethical business dilemmas while balancing the needs of a variety of stakeholders.
There are two versions of the game.
The first is an online challenge for individuals.
A different version, for teams of players, useful for training, conferences, seminars, etc., is also available. Someone has to act as presenter of the game to the teams of players. The presenter will need to be fully familiar with how the game works and present the results back at the end of the game. You can download and print all the materials you need to play the team version from this page.
If you are new to the game, please follow Steps 1 to 3 below.
If you have played before, you may like to skip straight to Steps 2 and 3.
Full instructions for presenters on how to play the game using all the printable materials you see on this page are contained in this booklet. Please print and read this first.
The questions are divided into 5 themes - Employees, Environment, Human Rights, Products & Marketing and Miscellaneous. Each theme contains 4 different questions. Each of the pdf files below contains questions for all 5 themes. You will note that these pdfs are named ‘circle’ and ‘square’ and you will need to print the questions you choose from each of these. The reason for this will become clear upon reading pages 4 and 5 of the Instruction Booklet.
