Donna Young joined BT in 1991. She worked for 10 years in NPD, marketing, strategy and communications before joining BT Wholesale where she led the Broadband Britain roll out programme. She is currently Head of Climate Change for BT Group CSR and her role is to define the vision and strategy for BT to reduce carbon emissions.
She has a masters from Henley.
