Jeanette Winspear, aged 42 from Saltburn, Cleveland

Jeanette is a full time teaching assistant at St Peters Church of England primary school in Brotton, Cleveland. She is married to Mark, an animal health inspector and together they have two children aged 11 and 8. The family like to spend time together going for walks but with two young children both mum and dad currently have little time to pursue their own hobbies. Jeanette has some, but very little, experience of the internet – she would like to do a lot more online such as grocery shopping to take the pressure off the weekly shop. She would also like to find out more about local outdoor activities that she and her family can take part in and recognises that being online could help the children with their homework.
