BT has established its Welsh language services as an examplar within the private sector. With services available including:

• Welsh Language Bureau - for residential customers who wish to contact BT about sales, repair and residential billing 0800 800 288 

• Welsh language Directory Enquiries 118 404 

• Welsh speaking staff available for Operator Services 100, Emergency Services 999 and International Operator Services 155

• Broadband - a new service for Welsh language customers who want to order broadband in Welsh
