BT’s Latin American customers are supported by two network and security operations centres located in Brazil and Argentina. These are fully integrated with other BT operations centres around the world ensuring truly globalised operations management. Additional network operations centres in El Salvador, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela provide round the clock network monitoring and proactive diagnosis for customers across the region.

The company provides cutting-edge networked IT services to almost 2,000 multi-site organisations in Latin America. Customers include Unilever, Inbev, Reuters, Fiat and Caixa Economica Federal.

BT Brazil’s global operations centre - one of four BT global sourcing centres in the world - manages offshore projects in areas such as service operations, service design and delivery, contract management and international commercial development.
