Overview

BT has had a presence in the United States and Canada for more than 20 years and has built up a network of 4,300 professionals and offices in over 70 key cities. It tailors global networked IT services to meet the needs of its customers, combining BT’s global reach with local experience and knowledge, global account management and excellent customer service.

Market / Services

BT owns and operates its own network infrastructure in North America. This includes nationwide reach to all major US cities. It also has 20 MPLS nodes across the US to create one of the larger MPLS networks of any carrier in the region. This expanded footprint enables BT to reach over 80 per cent of key customers’ sites within a 200-mile radius, as well as extending coverage beyond the US with MPLS points of presence in Toronto and Mexico City.

BT works with some of the world’s most respected organisations – such as Microsoft, Cisco, SAP, EMC and HP - to deliver innovative and comprehensive solutions to its customers. The company also serves many large enterprise customers including Unilever, Pepsico, Reuters, Cadbury, Procter & Gamble, and many of the world’s largest financial institutions.
