BT has operated in Latin America for more than four decades. Since 2002 we have aggressively expanded our Latin American presence to support the needs of our multi-site customers. Today BT operates in 22 markets and has local teams in 10 countries across the region: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
BT offers a robust technology portfolio in Latin America, including Voice and Data Management, Network and Systems Integration, Mobility, Security, Customer Relationship Management, Business Applications and Managed Services (including LAN/WAN and CPE). Our comprehensive suite of technology solutions, bolstered by the recent acquisition of BT Infonet, provide a "one-stop shop" for the complex technology challenges faced by modern corporations.

Network Operations Center

BT’s Latin American customers are supported by a Regional Operations Center (ROC) located in São Paulo, Brazil. The ROC serves as a single point-of-contact for Customer Service and provides network monitoring and proactive diagnosis on a 24X7 basis in multiple languages. The ROC is integrated with BT’s five other Regional Centers around the world, ensuring truly globalised operations management.
