Mergers and Acquisitions Integration

28 November 2007

Nearly 30 industry analysts and consultants attended or dialled into a Mergers and Acquisitions Integration briefing from BT Global Services on 28 November.

David Furniss, vice president of BT Global Services’ M&A Integration practice, gave the audience an in-depth briefing on BT’s mergers and acquisitions activity in the past two years. This included a reminder of completed and signed deals, consideration of the successes of recent key BT acquisitions and a detailed look at the methodology ("in2great") used by the M&A Integration practice.

This was the first fully integrated analyst and consultant roundtable, and worked well with both sides asking detailed follow up questions and offering positive feedback on the content.
