Welcome to the December issue of BT’s newsletter for industry analysts.
In this issue BT Global Services chief executive Hanif Lalani tells us about the immediate priorities in his new role. He makes it clear that although he will be working to streamline and initiate accelerated business growth, the Global Services strategy remains unchanged and on track.
We also have an interview with a member of Hanif’s leadership team, Luis Alvarez, plus Trudy Norris-Grey discussing the business transformation strategy underway at BT Wholesale.
For those of you who do not already know, Joanna Gluzman-Laukkanen, BT Group’s head of analyst relations, gave birth to her daughter on November 8th. Congratulations and best wishes to Joanna, baby Ava Karoliina Laukkanen and family.
