Caroline Persson is European Policy Adviser with BT in Brussels. She joined the company in 2006 and works on a range of issues. Her focus is primarily on content matters, intellectual property, data protection, protection of minors, digital rights management and digital broadcasting, e-Commerce and Single Market issues. Prior to BT Caroline has worked in UK Public Affairs, the European Parliament and the House of Commons. Caroline has also served as a local Councillor in the North East of England. She holds an MA from the College of Europe and a BA Hons from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne/Institute d'Etudes Politiques Strasbourg. Caroline speaks English, French and Swedish.
