BT's response to Ofcom's draft determination to resolve the GNP dispute between BT and Vodafone

Executive summary
1. BT welcomes Ofcom's Draft Determination and proposed finding that current regulation does not require BT to provide Geographic Number Portability (GNP) to Vodafone in relation to its Wireless Office proposition.
2. BT also welcomes Ofcom's plan to review its numbering strategy and the number portability rules "in the near future" (para 1.10). BT agrees that technology is evolving and that the increasing convergence between fixed and mobile services could make such a consultation worthwhile.
