Summary
BT supports the principle of Universal Service and we appreciate our wider responsibilities in the provision of certain services which have significant social benefit but are commercially unattractive.
We note Ofcom's conclusions on the costs of USO and look forward to working with Ofcom in the new year on data requirements.
