Modifications to BT's licence

BT's Response to Oftel's 31 May 2002 determination of fixed portability costs and charges and statutory consultation on proposed modifications to its Licence to give effect to charge controls for portability.(Dated 28 June 2002)

BT has noted the determined Number Portability Costs and Charges, and has set in train the necessary actions to implement them from 1 August 2002, as required. BT will be looking closely at the Explanatory Memorandum of the Determination, and seeking clarification as necessary, for the future.
