Summary:

BT is unaware of significant demand for PSTN corporate numbering.  However, there is a need for a non-geographic number range for customers - not just corporates -  wishing to use multimedia services (eg VoIP) from any fixed location.  BT would favour 05 being used in this way moving forward.

BT would welcome any comments on its position as laid out in this document.
