Training and Culture

A Code of Practice was issued to BT people in the UK in December 2005. This was updated and relaunched in March 2008. E-learning courses, based on the revised Code were launched at the end of June 2008. These are designed to ensure that BT people are familiar with the Undertakings and their associated responsibilities.

This section reports the percentages of BT people in the UK who have completed their revised e-learning module. BT achieved its training targets set for the end of the financial year 2009-10. At the end of March 2011 the training figures stood at:
