Key Product Performance Indicators
Introduction
The product KPIs relate to periods up to the end of December 2011. Generally, we show two measures for each performance parameter: the service standard BT received itself; and the average standard received by other communications providers. Spot comparisons of this type of data are vulnerable to a number of factors which may have nothing to do with equality of treatment. They are, however, useful for determining where issues may exist and remedial action may be required.
