Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council & Swansea Bay IT Support Service
The Skewen, Briton Ferry and Glynneath exchanges where enabled in January 2004 making broadband available to 90 per cent of households and business premises in the borough council area. The Council provide a subsidy 'Get Connected - Neath Port Talbot Broadband Initiative' for businesses wishing to take advantage of the many benefits broadband can bring, using a service provider of their choosing.
