Dear @FIRSTNAME@
With the new financial year upon us I suspect I’m not the only one who can see a challenging year ahead! However it's also a very exciting time for our industry. There's scope to build on our achievements over the course of the last year, including the improvements we've achieved in service delivery and customer satisfaction, our progress in the world of next generation access and our role in the preparations for London 2012, all of which are covered in this issue.

I very much look forward to working with you in the new financial year.
Best wishes for 2009
Steve Robertson
