Welcome

Dear Customer

It's fair to say the recession has taken its toll on many facets of our lives. This edition of Exchange looks to highlight increased value Openreach can bring to customers, notably in its WLR Premium Line product plus two offers in support of our new Ethernet Access Direct (EAD) offering - the first a "try before you buy" opportunity and the second an incentive scheme for EAD (Metro).

Finally, there are highlighted benefits of switching from WLR2 to WLR3 plus initiatives that look to help our customers through easier use of Openreach's portal.

I hope you enjoy this edition of Exchange.

Best wishes
Steve Robertson
