This month we're concentrating on communications around our service drive and how we will be giving you the information you need, when you want it. There is also some information on our apprentice recruitment drive; which is part of our strategy to increase capacity, and details of our progress on systems separation; another Undertakings deadline we've met successfully.

I’d like to take this opportunity to announce another industry milestone - the millionth LLU line which was unbundled on Tuesday 7th November. LLU’s vital role in supporting the development of an A photo of Steve Robertsonincreasingly competitive industry makes this a very exciting piece of news for us all.
